Caption Contest #3 - And the winner is.......

Caption Contest #3 winner is Marylee of the Merrilymarylee blog

(Marylee - please send your USPS mailing address to my e-mail [rjknits at msn dot com] so I can get your prize mailed off ASAP!)

Thank you everyone for playing along with this caption contest and sending in your submissions. All the captions were so good that it was difficult to choose a winner. I finally decided to go with the "random drawing" method and printed out everyone's caption for the drawing.

My sissy just happened to stop by this afternoon and I enlisted her timely help in choosing the winning caption from the bucket.

Hi Dawn, it sure was!

Hi Lynne,
You can see all the captions submitted in the "comments" of the previous post.

Thanks Carol. It's fun to see what great captions people come up with.

Gee, thanks! I'll look forward to my genuine Rochester Ruthie knitted prize!

It did remind me of a scene right out of the old movie.

Congrats, merrilymarylee! Yours is the one I would have picked as the very best . . . it was obviously meant to be the winner as it was drawn randomly out of the bucket!

They were good choices.
And the pic was perfect. Usually I can't think of a thing.

You're welcome Marylee--thanks for playing.

You're a good sport Mama Pea! I wish I had enough prizes knitted up for everyone!

Hi Donna,
Thanks for playing. I'm sorry you didn't win, but I do have your Pay It Forward project ready to be mailed off tomorrow as a consolation prize!
